What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? My colleagues are a pleasure to work with. They are the reason I like to come into the office.
What did you like most about the interview process?Prompt responses to resume submission, interview scheduling, and final decision on hiring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team needs to reward hard work and execution rather than promoting/hiring their friends. They need to stop promoting/hiring people who are toxic to the company culture, even if these people happen to be good at their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Startups are always trying to keep costs low, but managers should review their employees' compensation at periodic intervals to make sure they're at market. Replacing is much more expensive than just paying fairly to dedicated employees.
