We cater to most people who are on vacation or attending events. So a large percentage of them are in a jolly mood. Which makes for a great work day
Everyone is willing to help everyone. If someone is faster that someone else we like to team up so we get twice as many rooms done than if we worked separately. Or if one of us is running to the basement and there is another housekeeper on the floor we will ask them if they need anything.
