What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Whether we're doing great or have opportunities to improve, we hear it all. It motivates my team and I to improve and contribute to the overall company success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, the total package is exceptional. Health, dental and, vision, disability coverages and costs are above average. The 401k administrator and investment options perform well. The added benefits the last three years have been a great bonus.
