What did you like most about the interview process?

It was quick. Hired on the spot

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is amazing. We work well together and have a great atmosphere

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Money. There also isn't much growth after becoming a GM. With Assistant Director jobs so far and few between. No women are currently in that position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It has become a thankless job. We aren't able to buy lunch, or have team outtings to keep up morale. Our sales agents are underpaid and every day there is more expectations without more pay

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everyone doesn't work at corp office. People in the field don't receive any of the perks and are underpaid. Bonuses and workforce were severely cut, while responsibilities were increased. Pay needs to reflect recent inflation and responsibilities.
