No closed door policy. Being able to see everyone in an open environment.

That I am making a difference, with the role I play, in my coworkers happiness at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am newer to the organization but everyone on the leadership team has been extremely welcoming and they value my ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is more than just Base Pay for comp. The variable comp makes me feel like I am even a more valued employee.
