Im leaving Bridgecrest as soon as I can and I hope I never have to come back

What are some of the best things about your team?

All of my co workers are amazing individuals

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I have no opinions here

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Training needs to be less confusing and more consistent

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing about my training experience has made any sense to me. I got hired as a customer service rep and have spent all of training (6/6 to 6/22) being trained to be a loan advisor. After I said I could not do collections.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I have not enjoyed my time at Bridgecrest in the few weeks Ive been here. Im actively looking for a new job at this time because all I have dealt with since being hired is confusion and inconsistency. I would not recommend Bridgecrest to anyone
