What I like best about the leadership team is that they understand we need a good work/life balance and are taking steps to provide it to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I see that Drivetime really does do their best with making everyone feel included. Just yesterday they had a speaker on PRIDE and today we had an overview of things that can be taken offensive by the LGBTQ community. They are building a work culture where everyone can feel safe.
