Everyone works hard and we have a mutual respect for one another.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish we had more help with the lot. Lot attendants were a huge help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's been pretty labor intensive since losing support staff. I leave physically and mentally drained. Former colleagues that have left for similar roles at other companies make significantly more.
