DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock – I was advertised and sold this job as a 40 hour a week position, which it's not. CEGs are scheduled for 9 hour days at a minimum, and if a customer is in the middle of a deal, it can turn into a 10-11 hour day easily. What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Managers always have our back, and we work as a team.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My GM who interviewed me understood the skills I was bringing to the table and was honest about the demands of the job, for the most part.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Acknowledge the work that your dealership teams do to actually move the cars and underwrite your loans. Leadership could do more to understand what we do on our lots, and how we deal with customers instead of just focusing on metrics.

What are some of the best things about your team?

CEGs stick together, since we share a common goal. My GM and AGM are amazing at guiding us and solving problems. We stick together like glue, and there's never a barrier to asking for another set of eyes or a helping hand in a tough situation.
