Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. Compensation is not as competitive as some other places, however, the culture more than makes up for it! I love being able to be supported in the work I do here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership understands us as individuals. They sincerely wish to create the optimal work environment to enable employees to thrive. Leadership is extremely down to earth and very open and supportive of new ways to improve our business.
