Teamwork is central to our success. No one hordes their work, and the good work of one leads to the good work of another. I love the comradery.

The leadership is caring and kind. Adrienne and Bobbie treat me like I matter, and help me when I need it. They are aware of what is going on and keep me updated.

My immediate leadership has proven to be invested in my successes. They have given me opportunity to challenge myself and grow in my role, while providing a proverbial safety net. They lead with the underlying message that they are behind me to help guide and lift.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am given a level of creative freedom in my work, so I am able to approach projects in a way that creates interest for me and others. I can almost create little work puzzles to solve that benefit others and keep me thinking as well.
