I started here looking for a better work/life balance. I was compensated for bringing on three good friends. My management has been absolutely AMAZING and I am so blessed to be a part of this amazing team. Alex, Charles and Mike have been great mentors and leaders, and I appreciate them.

The fact that EVERYONE is willing to help. When I started here I was overwhelmed by the amount of helpful adjusters simply offering help!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The impressive amount of care they give to each individual. Three weeks into this, and I can whole heartedly say that I have found my people =)

Leadership takes time out of their busy schedules to schedule meetings with us to simply get to know us, which I think is imperative to a large companies success.

Our team is full of Rockstar's. Employees who are always willing to go the extra mile, always willing to help and always looking for ways to make each others lives easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the claims management team are epic. I've had multiple interactions with all of them, and they are phenomenal. They care about you and your family...and clearly want you to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I spoke my mind at my annual round table about the need for more adjusters. two months later the company went on a hiring spree. This truly made me feel heard, and a part of the process, a part of the family.
