I get a lot of autonomy to make my own choices and explore creative projects.

Our ideas are always listened to. We always have an opportunity to share, ask questions, and be a part of projects that are interesting to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're casual and encouraged to be ourselves. We focus on people's strengths and what they add to the culture and work, not what they should improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we get bonuses on to of our salaries. And our benefits team does a lot for us outside of just health insurance. Teladoc is an amazing perk!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so collaborative and no one has any ego about their work. We all share resources, knowledge, templates, etc. If you have a question, at any time, anyone would be happy to sit down with you, share ideas, brainstorm, and support you through your project.
