The humility aspect! I feel like everyone is equal here, often not realizing senior titles until having to send follow up documentation. It is very refreshing to feel the level of genuine collaboration!
What are some of the best things about your team?
how close we are!! I absolutely love every interaction within my team. We get everything done but never with hostility or judgement. Everyone is up to date on each others lives - we have a really unique team <3
What makes you most happy at work?
The comfort and flexibility of my schedule. I have my own action items to get complete before meetings but I am never micro managed or belittled. Just genuine relationships at work make me so excited to be here and to work harder on things.
