I have a decent base salary that responds to my performance and my manager is also aware of market conditions to keep me a happy camper
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to maintain an excellent culture despite having a mostly remote workforce. Employee engagement does a great job at organizing events that bring everyone together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership provides individual contributors with the tools and support necessary to successfully do our jobs yet provide IC's with a healthy amount of autonomy. I believe it leads to happy employees who respond to different management styles.
