What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base Salary with a REAL possibility of making bonuses/commissions. Most companies I have experienced, the bonuses are unrealistic or 1% of the employees actually make what is promised.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers purchase a vehicle through our company, where other companies have or would have turned them down because of bad financial decisions in the past and I love that we reward previous customers with more opportunities to purchase.
