Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a job. The compensation is amazing. The benefits are amazing. The leadership and opportunities for growth are amazing. My only critique would be that vacation and sick time benefits do not meet expectations or the norm for my field (IT).

The insurance and benefits packages are outstanding. I've never had health insurance with such amazing benefits before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone looks for opportunities to share our workloads and help each other out. Knowledge is shared freely and there is a genuine interest in sharing the spotlight.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show much interest in me as a person. I'm not just a number or a nameless cog in a machine. I am seen for the difference I make in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can make take risks and make mistakes without fear of reprisal or punishment. Part of being innovative is taking risks and sometimes those risk don't pay off. I never have to worry about being punished for making a good faith effort to do better for the company.
