Its been great so far. Ive had all positive experiences from a culture and employee stand point. I think there is room for opportunity in some areas but overall happy to be at the company

A more clearly defined career path, but no complaints for the most part.

My team is committed to our goals and roles. They are also insightful and resourceful. The flexibility within the team is also great. I feel as if i learn something everyday with my team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DriveTime is welcoming to all employees. They make everyone feel like they bring value and the cross collaboration between departments is awesome. So many individuals come from different backgrounds, its great to work with them
What makes you most happy at work?
The days remain consistent in a way but at the same time no day is the same. I love the fast work environment and always havjng something to do with individuals who are dedicated to their role.
