Overall, my experience has been above and beyond what I was expecting. The benefits package is better than my previous jobs, the pay was more than I expected, the office is beautiful and open, my coworkers are so friendly and helpful, and I can really see myself going far in my career here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how the open floor plan really encourages collaboration and teamwork. An answer is never far away, and my team has been so encouraging and helpful during my training. It's the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now, it would have to be just getting to know my coworkers and learning the job! I am pretty new, but everyone is so welcoming that I am really enjoying learning all the aspects of my new position and learning about the people I work with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork. Even the executive level employees value everyone's input and are always open to hearing new ideas and ways to improve. I was amazed when I can to my interview seeing the open plan and employees collaborating and helping each other!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat you like a person first, and are genuinely invested in my professional growth. I really appreciate the openness and collaboration that is a part of the company culture here. Executive leadership works on the same floor as everyone else, and the open door policy makes it easy to connect
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is very fair and better than previous companies I've worked for in terms of pto, accruals, and holiday time off. For example, I love that I don't have to fight for Thanksgiving off like I've had to a previous companies I've worked for! The base pay was also more than I expected!
