Everyone is happy to be here and happy to work. I haven't come across one person that seem overworked and stressed

Everyone has good understanding of their roles and responsibilities which leave very little to the imagination. We all know what to do and when to do it. Very organized.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust you to do the job they hired you for, Thay seem to always want to evolve to the next best improvements which is refreshing not to have old school minded company sticking to their old ways.
