My experience thus far has been so positive from meeting new people, learning new items, also celebrating the wins. I feel like I have a long way to go with learning but that makes me so much more excited and something to look forward to everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The 'Open Door Policy'. Everyone is welcome everywhere. Everyone is there to help everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now, learning things I have never thought of before. The small wins right now feel huge to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a returning employee and my first day back, they made me feel like I never left. It's like one big family here. Everyone is very transparent and available whenever you need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are hard to beat. The ease of knowing exactly what I'm signed up for, me and my spouse are covered, and HSA!? How an you beat that? I have always loved DriveTime's benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so smart, and readily available. Being the "new girl" again isn't easy. Trying to catch up to everyone is difficult but they welcomed me and are so happy to help with any questions or concerns.
