The leaders are very encouraging and supportive. They want their employees to succeed and are not getting burnt out. They are friendly and very approachable if there are any questions needed to be asked.

That it is a positive work environment and everyone is friendly. I enjoy conversating with my employees about other things than work because it boosts my mood and also helps me get to know everyone.

My team is outgoing and it always boosts the mood of the team. They are positive and celebrate every win. They are all open to helping one another out and it is a great bond to be a part of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter who you are or where you came from everyone is hoping for your success and they are open to getting to know everyone. You will always be greeted in the morning when you come in and before you leave to go home for the day.
