All in all the first week of training has been one for the books. I didn't feel a true connection to my trainer because I guess he does it his one and my GM does another. My second week I kinda got really lost because I didn't feel connected to the same trainer as week 2. Week 3 is wayyyy better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to not have to worry about my future, health and mental health. I love that I can have peace of mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ability to understand me as a human being. I have been shown nothing but kindness and grace from the company and my peers. I really want to make drivetime my next 30 year goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly seeing the customers and making their dreams become reality. I do like to see my coworkers when they are in a good mood and not being understanding. I am generally happy once I get half way through the shift because I know it is about closing time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I need them to understand that we all make mistakes and Rome wasn't built in a day. I am not going to come out of training a pro. Just because I don't understand doesn't mean that I am not trying. Maybe be a little nicer on constructive criticsm. We all have feelings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that everyone has a job to do and we do it. I would say we all know how to come in to work and get stuff done and go home. Work life balance is amazing. Also the company seems to care about making sure we eat, because we are constantly having food delivered.
