The going rate for the position in our job market is much higher compared to the compensation offered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to actually care about you as more than just an employee. They care about your home/work life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the fact that I can work both individually and as a team but doing both sitting at my desk or at home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I cannot pinpoint 1 thing. I have never worked in an environment like this where the company actually cares about you and your wellbeing.
