Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is being reviewed but we have lost employees to other companies due to pay. Inflation and cost of living have gone up but salaries have not. DriveTime has really good employees so many of the employees are contacted via LinkedIn with great financial opportunities
