We work together and we like each other as people. Everyone is willing to help no matter how small the ask is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been working here for 5 years and at no point has the positive, happy, accepting, respectful culture dimmed even a little bit.

We work together and truly care. We trust and respect each other. And we know how to have FUN and make a point to do it on purpose.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
BONUS! And salaried. It is a steady reliable income that doesn't waiver. The benefits are incomparable and there is something to assist you in any part of your life you can think of!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is positive and invested in the company and the job they are doing. The people and atmosphere truly cares about its employees and its customers and every single detail about their experiences.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is reasonably priced and thorough. I have no doubt that I can take care of my child, myself, pets, and any one else I have to in any way that is needed from disability to retirement to all types of insurance to childcare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about me. I can be a single mom and do what I have to do because they encourage and allow for true work/life balance. They trust and respect me as an equal person, versus a subordinate, including trust that I am a subject matter expert in the items related to my position.
