What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an expectation that everyone treats each other with respect and kindness and that ideas are genuinely wanted for any area where we could improve both the customer and employee experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy that the base salary is competitive and the bonuses are not unattainable as they are in some companies. Our corporate bonus relies on all areas of the organization excelling and working together which eliminates silos and fosters partnership.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have an incredible amount of autonomy which makes me feel trusted and valued. I feel so lucky to be able to use my favorite skills and pursue my passions and be celebrated for doing things that aren't specifically in my "job description."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am always treated like a person who has valid ideas that deserve to be heard no matter what position I may have been in at the time. They are always trying to find new ways to do the right thing for our employees and our customers and embody the company values daily.
