Employees are willing to break the mold, get comfortable with the uncomfortable and leaders are not above getting their hands dirty when needed.

I appreciate the gratitude and transparency from the leaders the most to have a clear picture. Additionally, that ideas are absorbed and implemented oftentimes.

Everyone is working hard to achieve the same goals, can rely on other to do the right thing and we are able to laugh even during the crazy.
