An increase in pay. Not a lot but a few dollars would be nice and make a difference to me.

They seem to want to be on the right side of history but some of the current events have gone unaddressed here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making a living wage is important and taking inflation into account we should be make more. Also if we got a discount on gas or gas credit when not allowed to work from home even though we are able that would be great.
