Very positive, it is one of the best places I've ever worked.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The willingness to help with when needed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are always open to feedback.

What makes you most happy at work?

The workplace's friendly environment and people

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That managers understand their employees are human and don't reprimand for taking PTO for vacation, medical issues, or bereavement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't believe that DT pays their employees (below a Manager level) an appropriate amount. Employees tend to be paid under market value. The great benefits are enticing but the low pay isn't enough to convince employees to stay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Even though the benefits are great, Drivetime pays many positions (aside from IT and AD and higher positions) below industry standard. Prioritizing salary pay over corporate bonus would make me feel better about compensation as salary is guaranteed pay and bonus is not.
