The regularly share updates and provide information on how the company is performing. They are also very approachable.

Their transparency with company performance and the strategic plans to continue growing our organization - they also ensure we as employees know that our contribution matters.

Each team I have worked on is dedicated toward the successful completion of their projects, they are dedicated and will put in the extra time but they also know when to have a good time and to just be a family enjoying what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When someone new joins I always say 'welcome to the DriveTime family'. That is how I feel about this culture - it is a family unit where people care about each other, they put the team first and have goals to help the organization be successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that we have the option to earn a bonus based on company performance. The leadership team shares throughout the year how the company is performing to budget - it is nice to know I can make a difference toward earning a bonus - the 40 hours of roll over PTO is another perk.
