The human element. DT firmly believes in true work-life balance and understands the need for mental health time as equally as physical health.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership seems to understand when the human element outweighs the business need. While the business aspect always matters, there is never not an accommodation that our leaders are willing to make to ensure both our business and our people flourish equally.
What makes you most happy at work?
Daily challenges. Our department, while seemingly mundane from the outside, presents unique challenges on a daily basis to get to our overall goal. What works one day may not bring the same success the next. Figuring out how to meet these goals daily is satisfyingly stimulating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
DriveTime's culture breeds the ideal that not one person can succeed without the people that surround them. My team adopts and adheres to this culture daily to ensure that everyone's goals are met and that the day is not done if only the "one" has accomplished what they set out to do.
