I've enjoyed working here since I started. Our leadership team always takes the time to listen, explain and look into things if there is a concern. Everyone has a voice and growth is not only possible but encouraged.

Collaborative and everyone seems to get along, there don't seem to be cliques.

The people I work with and the impact we are making for the company and our customers.

Honest direct feedback given in a way to coach not criticize. Dedicated to building up those around them to help with growth and development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So much goes into developing people through coaching and honest feedback. If someone is a hard worker and dedicated, then promotions will be in their future.

Everyone so far has been so open and caring. Everyone wants to help and support where they can. And everyone is so appreciative when their team is busy and others jump in to support. It's a very collaborative environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very open to give honest feedback and help with personal and professional growth. I feel like they set high expectations for themselves and only feel they are meeting their own expectations if they are growing our team and everyone in it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a very collaborative environment and I think our leadership intentionally tries to bring in people that will contribute to the great culture that we've built. I can't think of 1 person on our team that is not willing to lend a hand and just jump in to support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our Wellness program is amazing! The Insurance cost is so much lower than the cost I had when I worked at a Fortune 500 big box company. And what is offered with our insurance and Wellness Program is very comparable to what was offered at the big box company as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
We can get pretty busy which makes the day go back fast. When I leave work, I feel accomplished even on the tough days. Seeing the people I work is great each day also. There are so many friendly and upbeat co-workers that it make it an enjoyable place to be.
