It is a work hard and play hard atmosphere. My team feels more like a family then a bunch of co-workers. We really do care for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is an organization that has hierarchy for organization and not for power. Everyone is approachable and doesn't act like a big shot. It feels a lot like a flat organization. The culture is one of work hard and play hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable, humble, creative, constantly striving for excellence but at the same time realistic of the challenges we face and provide the resources to meet those challenges. There is a lack of arrogance and they don't take themselves too seriously and genuinely care about the people
