I like the friendliness and openness to communication. I feel comfortable asking questions and reaching out to people.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the open space of the office, I think if we were in a more traditional office environment, I wouldn't be as happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how there is an "No Door" Policy, it makes communicating with individuals so much easier and less intimidating. It's easy to walk up to someone and ask them questions.
