
I like the energy and candid communication. Additionally, I like that various levels of leadership throughout the company have people of different ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

When compared to similar job titles on Glassdoor and various other websites, my job title is underpaid. I believe when the company does well, the focus should be more on raises and less on a bonus structure.
There appears to be too much work for certain departments. This creates underperformance as a means to meet the companies quota. In turn, this creates further problems which create more solutions instead of hiring more people in the areas that need attention.
