We have come to know each other well and I appreciate the things we do for each other, no matter how small. It's important to know your team has your back and your best interest at heart.
I love that teams are willing to share, trade, and collaborate to improve the business -- and that we're asked to take all of those that may be affected into consideration before making changes. I also like that I feel valued by my peers and my managers.
This is not against DT directly, it's more so inflation is a reality we face and without the help of my significant other I would barely be able to pay my bills let alone do the things that I enjoy. I believe if minimum wage is rising in the state in which I work, I should be equally compensated.
