They are down to earth people that share similar goals and values.

They are involved and concerned. We have lots of informative meetings that help me stay comfortable.

The culture overall at DriveTime is great. People are down to earth and easy to work with.

Getting offers from interviews. Helps me to feel like I found the right person for the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Here at the RC I get to interact with the team at my own pace. Its makes it easy because my office is near the breakroom.

I love my career. DriveTime helps me to know that I'm not just working a job but I'm advancing my career. I love the team atmosphere.

I like having the freedom to express myself. The open door policy is great. I love being able to share my thoughts and concerns and be heard. It means a lot to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well.. for the position and responsibility the compensation is not high enough. It would be better to compensate up at market rate or a bit higher. I believe this will help retain great employees.
