
If leadership actually cared about employees
Everyone is out for their own best interest not the interest of the team
Caring about me as an individual; provide clear career paths; pay women the same as men; have more women in leadership roles; show respect to each employee
If I were to be paid equal to my experience, capability, credibility in the marketplace and equal to my peers (who are mostly men and making considerably more than I make)
Lack of career growth, lack on leadership, and lack of compassion for the individual. How can this be fixed - start by leadership training and developing a career path for the individual regardless of male or female - everyone should have the same opportunities to grow their career.
