The leadership team at DXC is honest, transparent, smart, experienced, and they genuinely care about the success of the company and its employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our mission and values are clear and the leadership team openly shares what is being done to make the company a financial success and how I can play a role in that success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team at DXC and I have very high quality coworkers that I can count on. Everyone works very hard and tries to do their best. We are in this together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make a good salary / living but it has not substantially increased in many years while my skills, workload, and contribution has significantly increased. Our medical benefits are very expensive as well so I don't use them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a great manager that I know and trust. I have a great team that works with me and I learn from everyday. I get to be part of the success of the company and my work makes a difference.
