So far so now it's going well and good, I see a good opportunity for myself to grow over here so let's hope for the best.

Nobody judges anyone over here on the basis of anything.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone minidng their own work and not doing any politics.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As of now it's good, let's wait how it goes after the salary review.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are appearing in townhalls, they keep the momentum going by contacting us through the emails and most importantly the Virtual first model, this model not only proves that they care for there employes but it also proves that the the team is future centric but also capable to adapt future tech.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our PM team are very polite and professional but at the same time my Manager is the ice breaker he always makes sure that no one feels that he/she is under pressure because of him. The team overall is very helpfull not only the project management team but the ppl here at dxc are always helpfull.
