I like the different opportunities I get to work on and the clear sense of how I am adding value to the company and our clients.

in recent months I have see more transperency in the decision making process. I genuinely do believe this company is finally focusing on employees as theri main asset.
What are some of the best things about your team?
willingness to share and help out. Most (if not all) of them are very helpful and supportive. This is directly linked to how secure tehy feel in tehir current roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My evaluiation is based on what my compensation is currently and how it was managed through past few years. I am expecting some salary revisions and promotion in upcoming months. I have been told this is in process.
