Accessibility and communications with the entire center.

Willingness to help others and their community.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Diverse backgrounds and skillsets, I feel there is someone with the skillset we need to solve any challenge.

What makes you most happy at work?

Predictability and being able to plan out acquiring new skills that can be applied to my current project, when it also aligns with my personal and professional goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think at a minimum pay increases should match the rate of inflation every year, otherwise I am literally getting paid less to do ever increasing amounts of work. Additionally, the pathway to promotions is blurry and there is a quota on performance ratings.
