What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the executive team is transparent is willing to share information to their employees more than other companies that I have worked for in the past.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work long hours daily. I work 10 or more hours a day. It would be nice to either enhance the skills on our team or to bring in new team members for help.
