This company has the best benefits I ever had on my work experience, but it feels that growth is only for few due the attrition level in the team. Also noticed that global culture differes in some way in different countries.

there 2 items that are more than default by law benefits. Vacations prime and december bonus
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is plently knowledge and expertise also it is a very collaborative team. We support each other. But there is always the same small group of people that will jump into the problems, not all of them has the same thiking way for help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Seemes to be a global strategy to do the same with the less resources, there were attrition that have not been replaced work load is spread between people staying. I do not like to spent a lot of time researching if the clients has or not a demand on my team Expert people is not being paid farily.
