Definitely this company has more good things that bad things but if feels like there is a disorder in the way that We follow and also I feel like is needed more people, at least in my team.

I like a lot to learn and i like a lot the person who I work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems during the the townhalls that We are in a good way but I don't see the same in the reality, It feels like We are improvising.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know in other teams but at least in team We are overwhelmed, When i start to work here We were 10 members in the team, at this moment We are 5 doing the same job.
