This last two years a lot of changes had happen around and of course all that make me feel uncomfortable. Now it seems DXC is having a very noticeable change and that is making me feel more secure about my future and overall excited of being part of something that may can change my life forever.

having new challenges or just watching with satisfaction that my work is making the difference in some areas of my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My contributions to the team has been rarely acknowledge even if I work extra hours to have a functional and useful tool form my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the company shown trust in our capabilities even if we are away from the office and is very well paid through my effort and commitment to my daily work.
