They are some of the best dedicated people I know. I have learned a lot from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has been working to improve things in DXC. The townhalls have been a great asset to understand all that is going on in the company and what is next.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no DBA role in the company. DBA's are under developer roles and our compensation is not competitive to what is in the market. DXC competitors are offering higher wages for DBA's.
