Benefit of working from home verses spending 1.5 hours daily on the road commuting to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Reward top performers for their efforts. This year's raises were minimal for top performers while I suspect executives received their full incentives. We have resources paid below their salary range performing critical roles, while HR tells managers no one is being underpaid.
