What are some of the best things about your team?

Even with low compensation and benefits everybody does the best possible.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The people first policy and focus on people's physical and menthal health

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Employees are passionate for their jobs but are not properly valued for hard work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

DXC needs to change some leaders that think they own the company and the rules don't apply to them. HR organization also need to be renewed since the leadership for LATAM region is the worst. They are arrogant, presumptuous and inflexible people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Over the years I have a considerable increase of work but the compensation remained the same. The only changes in my compensation were related to wage mandatory increase - legal mandate. The benefits didn't have changes at all, even living in a country with high inflation rates.
